How will we do this?

  1. Deliver an amazing product that exceeds expectations in AT LEAST 2 of the 3 constraints of quality, time, scope.
  2. Create and continuously improve upon an efficient and thoughtful purchasing and project briefing process that allows us to get to know our customers and to remain a trusted resource after they receive their website.
  3. Develop and Maintain strong multichannel communication with prospective, current, and former customers in the method(s) they prefer.
  4. Send thank you gifts to each customer upon project completion.
  5. Give a portion of each purchase to a non-profit service-oriented cause of the clients choosing.

This is a radical service model that will take time to perfect. We believe in the power of storytelling and the power of the world wide web. We also, most importantly, believe in the power of loving and serving others. When we’re able to partner with you to combine this, we can change the world! We couldn’t be more excited about the possibilities. Radical indeed.
